new features

New, improved GLSL compiler (GLSL2) implemented in Mesa 7.9.
Intel hardware-accelerated H.264 post-processing for Intel® HD Graphics:
-- support render to texture
-- support de interlacing for interlaced video
-- support advanced scaling
SandyBridge mode setting support. (2.6.36-rc5+ kernel is recommended for SandyBridge)
SandyBridge basic 3D support: most mesa demos can run.

known issues

Various eDP issues on Arrandale, e.g.: bug#28070.
Extended desktop messed with compiz on i915: bug#28518.
Extended desktop shifts left with compiz on i965: bug#30295.
Render corruption after S3 resume on Huron River: bug#30199.

- Beyond TODO list:

XvMC is disabled on 915G/GM for KMS: bug#23012.
CH7xxxx DVO TV-out not supported (Chrontel specs are open so anyone could write the driver): bug#12882.
Textured video is supported on platform post i915, not available on i8xx.

This release has been validated on following hardware: Intel® HD Graphics (Arrandale & Clarkdale), GMA 3150 (Pineview), G45, GM45, GM965, 945GME.
